These terms and conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company CAROKERO, whose registered office is located at 684 Boulevard des Lilas, 13340 Rognac, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Salon-de-Provence under number 537840944, hereinafter referred to as “FIGURTOYS”, and on the other hand by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.figurtoys.com, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.
These terms and conditions aim to define the contractual relationship between CAROKERO and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.figurtoys.com.
Purchasing a product through this website implies full and unconditional acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing the order.
Before proceeding with any transaction, the buyer declares that they have full legal capacity allowing them to commit to these general terms of sale.
CAROKERO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, in order to comply with new regulations or to improve the website’s use.
Therefore, the applicable terms will be those in effect at the date of the buyer’s order.
The products offered are those listed on the website www.figurtoys.com, subject to available stock.
CAROKERO reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time.
Each product is presented on the website with a description detailing its main technical characteristics (material, size, capacity, etc.).
The photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.
The sale of the products listed on www.figurtoys.com is intended for buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the import of these products.
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation (excluding pre-orders).
If the ordered product cannot be supplied (in particular due to a supplier issue), consumers will be informed as soon as possible, and they may cancel their order and receive a full refund.
The prices listed on the product pages of the online catalogue are in Euros (€), tax-exempt under Article 293-B of the French General Tax Code.
CAROKERO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the understanding that the price listed in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the buyer.
The prices indicated do not include delivery fees, which are added depending on the total amount of the order.
Before placing any order, the buyer must create an account on www.figurtoys.com. The account creation section is accessible directly from the side menu.
For each visit, if the buyer wishes to order or access their account (order status, profile, etc.), they must log in using their credentials.
CAROKERO offers the following payment methods:
– Secure credit card payment
– Secure PayPal payment
– Bank transfer
– Payment by cheque
Payment by PayPal or credit card is irrevocable.
In the event of fraudulent use, the buyer may request cancellation of the card payment, and the amounts paid will be refunded or returned by their bank.
The cardholder’s liability is not engaged if the disputed payment is proven to have been made fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of the card.
To obtain a refund for the fraudulent debit and any related bank fees, the cardholder must contest the transaction in writing with their bank within 70 days, or up to 120 days if their contract allows.
The amounts withdrawn are refunded by the bank within one month after receipt of the written claim.
No fees may be charged to the cardholder for the refund.
Order confirmation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, acknowledgment of full understanding, and waiver of applying the buyer’s own purchasing conditions.
All data provided and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction.
If the buyer has provided an email address, CAROKERO will send the confirmation of the order by email.

CAROKERO retains full ownership of the sold products until payment is received in full.
In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal. The product may then be returned for an exchange or refund, without any penalty, except for return shipping costs and PayPal fees, which cannot be refunded as they are not returned to us by the payment provider.
To do so, the buyer must send a withdrawal request by email to: contact@figurtoys.com, specifying in the subject line: “Withdrawal Request”.
Products that are opened, damaged, incomplete, or on promotion are not eligible for return.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to pre-orders, personalized products, or items listed on the website as “made to order”.
A partial or full payment made for a pre-order cannot be refunded and will be used to cover the management fees incurred by Figurtoys.
Deliveries are made to the address provided on the order form, which must be within the agreed geographical area.
Orders are shipped by La Poste via Colissimo, or Chronopost, a tracked delivery service without signature.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postage costs.
Shipping is free for all orders and pre-orders from 99€. However, we cannot combine two separate orders; shipping fees must be paid for each individual order.
We therefore recommend grouping purchases into a single order.
CAROKERO may provide the buyer with the parcel tracking number by email.
Delivery is made to the buyer’s home by their postal carrier. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left, allowing the buyer to collect the package at the nearest post office within the time limit indicated by the postal services.
These services are very reliable; however, as with any shipment, delays or loss may occur.
In case of a delayed delivery, please notify us by phone or email. We will then contact the carrier to initiate an investigation, which may take up to 21 days from its start date.
If the product is found during this period, it will be re-delivered to your address immediately (in most cases).
If the product is not found after 21 days of investigation, the carrier will declare the parcel lost. Only then can we send a replacement product at our expense if it is still available, or issue a refund if it is no longer available.
The buyer must check the condition of the package in the presence of the carrier upon delivery.
In case of damage during transport, any claim must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
The delivery times indicated for postal shipments are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed, as they do not depend on Figurtoys but on the carrier.
Consequently, any delay in delivery cannot entitle the buyer to cancel the order or claim compensation.
All products supplied by CAROKERO benefit from the legal warranty provided by Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.
In case of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned to CAROKERO, which will take it back, exchange it, or refund it.
Return costs are borne by the buyer.
All claims, exchange requests, or refund requests must be made by email to: contact@figurtoys.com, within thirty days following delivery.
In the context of distance selling, CAROKERO is only bound by an obligation of means.
The company cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet, such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.
All elements of the website www.figurtoys.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of CAROKERO and its partners.
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use any part of the site, whether as photos, logos, visuals, or text, even partially.
CAROKERO is committed to preserving the confidentiality of information provided by the buyer when using certain services.
All information concerning the buyer is subject to the provisions of French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.
As such, the user has the right to access, modify, and delete information concerning them.

These online terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
